Q. How to register for a WPM Online Account?
Look for the ‘Register/Log In’ button, click on it and it will bring you to the Sign-Up page. Fill in your details accordingly and click ‘Register’.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. How can I retrieve it?
Select ‘Forgot Password?’ on the Log In page and fill in your email address that you have registered with us. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. How to change my personal information and shipping address?
Log in to your account → Click on ‘Account Maintenance’ → Edit your account information and shipping address.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Q. How do I place an order?
Select ‘Add to cart’ on the products you wish to purchase.
Select ‘X’ on the top right to continue shopping or select ‘Checkout’ to proceed for payment.
Log in or create new account to proceed with payment.
Update ‘Shipping Address’.
Select preferred ‘Shipping Methods’.
Select preferred ‘Payment Methods’ then select ‘Place Your Order’ to complete the order.
Q. Will I receive any confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent once payment is completed.
Q. I have placed my order and made payment. What should I do next?
Your order will be processed, and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order is on its way should you opt for delivery shipping method. For store pick up, do contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange timing for pickup.
Q. If I added the item in my cart, does it confirm my booking on that item?
No, item added to cart is not confirmed. Item will only be confirmed once payment is made.
Q. Can I order my items online and pick up my order in store?
When buying online, you have the option to pick up your order from store. During checkout, select ‘Pick up in-store (FREE)’. After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order confirmation number. Bring your order confirmation number to the store, along with NRIC. Speak to our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
Q. What are the payment options available?
The payment options available are by Direct Debit, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer
Q. What are the credit cards accepted?
All credit cards issued from major banks in Malaysia are accepted.

Q. When will I receive my items?
Delivery will take 2 to 4 working days once payment is made.
Q. How do I track my order status?
Order Status can be check in ‘My Order’ under ‘My Account’.
Q. What shipping options does WPM Online offers?
Courier Service (East and West Malaysia) & Self Pick Up (Warehouse in Kajang)
Q. How much will the shipping fees be?
Shipping fees will be displayed in ‘Weight-Based Shipping’ column under shipping methods during checkout.
Q. Can I change my delivery address after my purchase?
Yes, you can. Just send an email to email@example.com to update on your delivery address.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
Q. How can I cancel my order?
Please send an email to our customers service email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘Order Cancellation Request’ along with your confirmation number.
*Orders that are in shipping process or shipped will not be able to cancel.
Q. I received damaged/ defective item, what should I do?
If you believe there is damage to the products you have ordered, the incorrect items have been delivered, or your order has not arrived within the specified time frame, please Contact Us at email@example.com.
Q. For which reasons can I return an item?
Damaged: The product is found to be damaged upon receipt.
Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.
Incorrect: The product is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
Q. How long is the product warranty period.
Standard product warranty 1 Year, unless otherwise stated on the specific product posting.
